For the last few years I was always attempting to buy the latest iPhone. I was tempted if your 3Gs arrived last year, but couldn’t swallow the minor changes the upgrade brought.
Introduce the iPhone 4, and I am itching to jump agreeable. With my current Fido contract (no data), I am only qualified to apply for the buy for January 2, 2011. That being said, I like the reduced subsidized cost of the 32GB iPhone 4 @ $269, but I don’t would like to lock in into a 3 year voice AND DATA agreement. I feel I have enough connectivity with wifi in the home, work, the mall, and my local Starbucks, that I don’t be forced to pay $1000+ on the next four years for data.
So whenever you take that under consideration, the one other choices buying it outright from Apple for $779.00 (unlocked). But how on the planet would anyone manage to afford that? Here are my ideas:
